One weekend I went to my favorite clothing store, but the two sales ladies that I have been shopping with there for 5 years were both off. I thought no big deal it's my only time to shop. The merchandise was great as always, but something was missing.

It was the people. It wasn't the same without their smiling faces and the fun discussions we always have.

Isn't that true in so many instances.  It's the people, that make something or somewhere enjoyable. It's people that add fun to life.

People, you, make the difference. This is true in your personal and business life.  You make your kids' day by going to their baseball game or making their favorite dinner. You make a difference with your job or your TN business by showing up and by attending events.

But, you need to show up, you need to be there, you need to be engaged. You will make someone's day by showing up, I am confident of it!
