Ordinary people make extraordinary differences.  Ordinary you and me have a choice each day to give extra, to do extra, to be extra.  It is the little extra that separates ordinary from extraordinary.  It is easy to see the little extra in the world of sports.  In track races, horse races, car races and more...1st place & 2nd place is separated by seconds more often than not. Golf games are won by one stroke all the time. It is the extra that wins in sports.  It is easy to see in sports the difference a little extra makes on the outcome. You can also see it in service industries.  A good waitress that gives you a little extra attention, that refills your tea before it is empty or a friendly smile makes a difference on how you would rate the service. The smiling waitress delivers the same food made by the same chef. Yet, I bet you enjoy it more if delivered with a smile. It's the extra that will make it better.

In everyday life, too often we miss the importance a little extra can make in our personal & business lives. The little extra can be seen in everything.  The sales person who makes one more phone call, the mom that does one more load of laundry, the church choir that practices one more time, the child that studies their spelling words one more time.  Everywhere the difference in the little extra or the lack of the little extra can be seen.

In Team National, our top income earners are extraordinary people because of the little extra they do to take their lives from ordinary to extraordinary.

They make one more call when others would take a break.
They drive an extra hour when others would stay home.
They attend every event big or small.
They tune in to calls & text their team to get them on the call.

They do the “extra” that makes a big difference.

Everyone has an opportunity to be extraordinary & be part of something extraordinary.   Choose to do the little “extra” today and make an extraordinary difference in your life & others.
