1. Get out there: top leaders go where they need to go, they attend events, plug in, help their teams.

2. Smile: be positive, be likable, be a person others want to follow...success club can help with this.

3. Be the leader: lead yourself first right where you are, then lead others. Everyone starts in circle of stars then grows to Double Platinum.

4. Set the example and have a plan: people will do what you do and won’t do what you don't do!

5. Belief can fade, belief can be restored. Events help you restore belief in yourself, the company, your success.

6. Commitment needs to be shared often. Don't assume others know you are committed. Keep sharing your commitment with your team and friends.

7. Have fun along the way: be the leader to create the fun, have a phone blitz pizza party, enjoy life!

8. You need a navigator so you stay on track: you may need to drive and navigate at times, but your spouse or team mate might be your navigator to help you keep on track.

9. My daughter Sydney learned Good Listening and Participating. (She helped on the bus tour with raffles and pictures) You need to listen to leaders and get involved and participate. Great lessons for us all.

10. And a fun one! Sydney has heard people say in the South "ya all" for years... Yet she learned if there are 3 or more people it's "all ya all"
